Orange/Red Line:

Get off at Downtown Crossing Station. Exit towards Washington Street. Walk down Washington Street past Macy's. Turn right onto Temple Place. 59 Temple Place is on the left.

Green Line:

Get off at Park Street Station, exiting through the main entrance/exit. Turn right onto Tremont Street. Walk one block along the Boston Common until you see Temple Place across the street on your left. If you reach West Street, you have gone too far. Turn left onto Temple Place. 59 Temple Place will be towards the end on your right.
