Our Services

The attorneys at RS offer comprehensive representation for all types of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, as well as family-based immigration services, naturalization services, and asylum and deportation defense cases. We also offer representation in I-9 and Worksite Compliance matters. For more information, please visit the following pages:

In general, RS charges based on a flat-fee basis (with the exception of I-9 and Worksite Compliance matters, which are generally charged at an hourly rate). The benefit of such a system is that our clients know at the outset exactly what the legal fees will be for their cases, and this encourages clients to contact us with any and all questions or issues that arise during the course of the case, without worrying about being charged for asking questions. We have found that this system enables us to better represent our clients throughout the immigration process.
