Sara M. Fleming

Sara M. Fleming is an Associate with the Firm. She has been practicing exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law since 2007. Ms. Fleming's practice is concentrated on business immigration, with particular emphasis on O-1 and EB-1 petitions. She has successfully represented universities, hospitals, and pharmaceutical corporations in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for their foreign national employees. Ms. Fleming has also counseled individual scientists and researchers through the permanent residence process via EB-1 and National Interest Waiver petitions. In addition, her practice includes working with physicians and other healthcare workers on both immigrant and nonimmigrant issues, including preparing J waiver applications. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association. Ms. Fleming is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
