Sara M. Fleming

Sara M. Fleming is an Associate with the Firm. She has been practicing exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law since 2007. Ms. Fleming's practice is concentrated on business immigration, with particular emphasis on O-1 and EB-1 petitions. She has successfully represented universities, hospitals, and pharmaceutical corporations in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for their foreign national employees. Ms. Fleming has also counseled individual scientists, researchers and musicians through the permanent residence process via EB-1 petitions. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Massachusetts Lesbian and Gay Bar Association. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Fleming completed two immigration internships during law school, and worked as a paralegal in an immigration law firm for three years. Ms. Fleming is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
