Sharryn E. Ross

Sharryn E. Ross is a Founding Partner of the Firm and has been practicing exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law since 1978. Her current practice focuses on business immigration. Ms. Ross has served for several years as a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's (AILA's) Department of Labor Liaison Committee, which meets with the Department of Labor (DOL) several times a year to discuss issues surrounding H-1B visas and the PERM labor certification program, and she is a member of AILA's CIS Liaison Committee. Ms. Ross previously served as an elected member to AILA's Board of Governors for 12 years; Chair of the local DOL Liaison Committee; Chair of the AILA Service Center Operations Committee, which oversees all four CIS Service Centers; National Chair of the Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee; Chair of the Consular Affairs Liaison Committee of the U.S. State Department; and Chair of the New England Chapter of AILA. Ms. Ross has lectured frequently on a wide range of issues in the immigration field, both nationally and in the New England area, and has lectured extensively on the process of obtaining permanent residence through PERM since its inception in 2005.

Ms. Ross is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been granted the AV rating, the highest rating available by Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. In addition, Ms. Ross has been named by Boston Magazine as a New England Super Lawyer in the field of immigration law. Ms. Ross is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
